Meet our Staff

Dental Assistant

Shelly 

Shelly has been a dental assistant for over 30 years and joined our practice in 2000. Shelly has completed radiographic certification at Boston University’s Goldman School of Dental Medicine, and also has certification in Infection Control through the DANB Assistant Program. She is very active in continuing education with the Yankee Dental Congress as a volunteer and participant. She is Dr. Fantasia’s primary assistant.

Dental Hygienists

Claire 

Claire is a registered dental hygienist who joined our practice in 2004. Claire received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island and maintains licensure in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She is an active participant and volunteer in the Franklin Lifelong Learning Program, the Special Olympics, and the Yankee Dental Congress. 

Holly 

Holly is a registered dental hygienist who joined our practice in 1997. She received her degree in dental hygiene from Middlesex Community College in 1996 and joined our practice the following year. Holly maintains Massachusetts licensure. She is an active volunteer and participant in the Yankee Dental Congress. 

Diane 

Diane has been a registered dental hygienist for over 30 years. She received her degree in dental hygiene from Middlesex Community College. She has taken multiple continuing education courses on the early detection of oral cancer, and is trained in the detection and treatment of periodontal disease. Diane is an active volunteer and participant in the Yankee Dental Congress. She was a pediatric hygienist for 10 years prior to joining our practice in 2002. 

Office Personnel

We are fortunate to have three caring and compassionate members of our administrative staff who are available to assist our patients with all of their non-clinical needs and concerns!  

Karen 

Karen is a receptionist, patient care coordinator, and insurance liaison and joined our team in 2018.

Lauren 

Lauren is a receptionist and patient care coordinator and joined our team in 2024. 

Anne

Anne is a receptionist and patient care coordinator and joined our team in 2025.
